Prices
Prices are per person, payable in USD or Bahamian Dollars (BSD).
Payment
At the time of booking the full tour price is due and payable. A sales receipt and booking confirmation will be sent via email.
Availability
The tours sold through this website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The tour is confirmed when your full payment is received and after we send you a booking confirmation via email.
Tour Itinerary
At any time, Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, and/or safety of the client. In all cases, Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour.
What’s Included
The range of included services is in our brochures, on our website, and in the booking confirmation of Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd. Changes and alterations of single points in our tour conditions which were necessary after signing the contract are agreed to as long as they don’t change the style of the tour significantly. Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd reserves the right to adjust the route when necessary.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date and time or no-shows will receive, no refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to departure date and time will receive a 100% refund of the full tour price. Note: For Special Offers and Group Bookings, further restrictions apply. Private Tour-bookings are not refundable. Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd reserve the right to cancel a tour. The main reason for such a cancellation would usually be due to the minimum number of tour participants not being reached or due to dangerous weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation of your tour, the only obligation of the tour operator is to either provide you with a full refund of any monies paid to you for the tour canceled or to offer you an alternative date for the tour. Any expense associated with date changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation, etc. is the sole responsibility of you and not Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd.
Unclaimed Benefits
Should the client not be able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the tour operator, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he has no right to claim a refund.
Responsibility
Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standards and the accurate description of services offered in its brochure. It is understood and agreed that Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd is not the guardian of any customer’s safety and they cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrences in connection with the client’s participation in the tour. Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries, and costs you might incur as a result of joining our tour.
Safety
We do not allow persons with back or neck injuries, broken bones, pregnancies, heart conditions, or any other conditions that may be affected by a motor vehicle tour. Our trip is not suitable for children under the age of 2 or for people with mobility restrictions. Your safety is our concern but your responsibility.
Release and Waiver
Every participant in our tours has to sign a waiver before we start the tour. Although we take every measure to keep you safe, well, and happy, we do strongly recommend that you follow crew instructions and safety speeches.
Terms and Conditions
With your booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between you and Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd. The travel contract is accomplished by the email confirmation of Pirate Jeep Tours Ltd.
